i having oral yesterday,i can speak out the whole passage.....

the title is - How To Be a Good Listener

A true friend is someone who is willing to listen.If you take time to listen to your friends,
you will build strong relationship.How can you be a good listener?First of all,you must listen with not only your ears,but also your eyes and your heart.To understand this,you need to know what communication consists of.According to a study,only 7 percent of communication comes from the words we use.Our tone of voice makes up 40 percent.For example,note how the meaning of a sentence changes when we stress a different word:
